    并且多年來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)研究清洗設備（通過(guò)式高壓噴淋清洗機、懸掛式超聲波清洗機、三氯乙烯超聲波清洗機、各種超聲波清洗槽、蔬菜瓜果氣泡清洗機、餐飲業(yè)專(zhuān)用洗碗機）；各種烘干設備（五金制品烘干設備、退火設備；食品烘干設備，輸送設備；烘干房：木材烘干，臘肉、菊花、玫瑰花、金銀花、五谷等烘干房或烘干箱，以及履帶式全自動(dòng)數控烘干機，多層履帶式全自動(dòng)數控烘干機的辦法）。五金沖壓設備，沖壓流水線(xiàn)（展料機，整平機，收料機，全自動(dòng)送料機，全自動(dòng)沖壓流水線(xiàn)）。各種工業(yè)、食品加工整套流水線(xiàn)，蔬菜瓜果烘干、烘熟以及深加工整套設備，包括整條生產(chǎn)流水線(xiàn)，比如：薯條、辣椒、紅棗、梅子、杏、等深加工整套流水線(xiàn)；自動(dòng)化機械手（沖壓上下料機械手，拉伸上下料機械手，操作簡(jiǎn)捷，代替人工。）自動(dòng)化流水線(xiàn)（以全自動(dòng)或半自動(dòng)模式形成整個(gè)流水線(xiàn)，簡(jiǎn)化人的手工作業(yè)，以機械手，自動(dòng)工裝夾具相結合來(lái)完成工作流程）。無(wú)氧光亮退火設備，熱處理爐，鋁盤(pán)焊接設備，大型引風(fēng)除塵設備，保溫材料（墻外保溫板）生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)。以及各行業(yè)專(zhuān)用設備開(kāi)發(fā)制造，非標設備以用戶(hù)的要求和產(chǎn)品需求開(kāi)發(fā)量身定做等。
多數電器設備我們首先開(kāi)發(fā)用于我們自己生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上，當技術(shù)改善成熟后再推銷(xiāo)給廣大客戶(hù)，讓客戶(hù)采購到我們的設備沒(méi)有后顧之憂(yōu)
Many years’ research and development on cleaning equipment (through type high-pressure spray cleaner, hanging type ultrasonic cleaner, trichloroethylene ultrasonic cleaner, all kinds of ultrasonic cleaning tanks, bubble cleaners for fruit and vegetables, and dishwasher dedicated to catering industry);various drying equipment(drying machine and annealing equipment for hardware products, drying and conveying equipment for food, drying room: for drying woods, bacon, chrysanthemum, rose ,honeysuckle and grain,and drying box, caterpillar automatic CNC dryer and multi-layer caterpillar CNC dryer). hardwares stamping equipment, stamping line( leveller, straightener, receiving machine, fully automatic feeder, fully automatic stamping assembly line), all kinds of complete sets of industrial and food processing line, deep processing equipment for drying and baking fruit and vegetables, including the whole production line, for example, further proccesing for chips, hot pepper, date, plum and apricot; automatic manipulator( feeding and blanking mechanical arms used for stamping or deep drawing, simple operation replacing human),automatic assembly line( based on fully and semi automation to form the whole line, simplifying the manual work, The workflow is finished by mechanical arm and automatic jig). Anaerobic light annealing equipment, heat treatment furnace ,aluminum plate welding equipment, large wind dust cleaning equipment, thermal insulation materials(external wall insulation board )production line and all kinds of customized products as the users’ requirements used in different industries.The electric appliances we developed are used in our own production line first,after our technology is mature then we recommend them to customers,so they do not need to worry about the quality .

公司目前有8T～300T的沖床300多臺，20T～315T的液壓機100多臺，焊機50臺，剪板機4臺，大型清洗線(xiàn)4套，其他設備若干。模具、五金配件機加工設備如：電火花及線(xiàn)切割機床，車(chē)、刨、銑、磨、鉆、鏜，折彎機等各種設備齊全，技術(shù)成員之一，實(shí)力雄厚。
