泉州市秉德機電設備有限公司成立于2013年，系雙環(huán)（香港）國際控股集團有限公司子公司，下設兩個(gè)事業(yè)部：海事項目部和秉德鞋機事業(yè)部。秉德機電下設的鞋機事業(yè)部前身為泉州聯(lián)益鞋機，成立于1998年。

Quanzhou Bingde Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd was established in 2013, under the control of Twin-Disc(HK) International Holding Group Co.,Ltd. Bingde has two sales departments: Maritime devices sales department and Shoe machinery sales department. Bingde shoe machinery sales department was formerly known as Quanzhou Lianyi Shoe Machine Co.,Ltd which was eatablished in 1998.

Located in China's ancient maritime Silk Road starting point, Quanzhou,with Taiwan across the strait,the company enjoys advantegeous geographical location and convenient transportation. 

With competitive technology in development and manufacturing of shoe machines, the company is equipped with professional R&D and sales team. In addition, the company has advanced processing equipment and detection center, which constitutes a modern science and technology system as well as a modern management system. We have built business partenership with 361 Sport (China) Co., Ltd, Guirenniao Co., Ltd, Jingjiesi Co.,Ltd and Hongwei Co., Ltd. We have expanded our export business to Southeast Asian countries, Turkey, Mozambique, India and other countries. 

The?company's?main?products?include?lasting machine, sole press machine, production line for shoemaking, shoe cutting machine, shoe punching machine, eyelet machine, rivet machine, shoe laminating machine and other shoe machinery parts.

Since 2015, Bingde has been focusing on "quality, efficiency, restructuring and development" to foster the development of high-tech industries, implement technology projects, and build enterprise innovation platform with an aim to promote the application of intellectual property and create the environment for innovation. 

We has obtained many innovation patents in the shoe making machine, and is heading for intelligent automation and NC.

At present, the Group has hold meetings with Chongqing University of Science and Technology, Fujian Normal University, and Ningde Normal University to discuss issues related to school-enterprise cooperation in order to sitimulate innovation, research and development and tranform ideas to applications. 

The company's future development strategy is to play a more active role in China's securities market, and has hence set up a stock distribution system among staff since 2015. Trying to be listed on the Strait of Equity Trading Center, the company will get a more advantegeous access to capital markets and foreign loans ,which will help to improve the company’s visibility among consumers, suppliers and partners. It is also conducive to win the support of local government, to facilitate the company's growth and expansion in different places. 

Moreover, Bingde has always been concerned about the livelihood of the people, strictly fulfill its social responsibility. We believe that dedication, no matter big or small, regardless of the severity of responsibility, can make a difference.
