         Shanghai Zilin M&E Equipment Co., Ltd. is engaged in the R&D, production and marketing of all-solid-state induction heating equipments. It currently has more than 30 models in series such as super-audio frequency, medium frequency, high frequency and special-purpose equipments with power from 3KW to 300KW which are mainly used in metal heating, forging, melting and welding of the machinery manufacturing, machining and auto industry. Its products are widely used in bore bit hot-rolling, metal brazing, shrink fit, high-frequency induction quenching and annealing, high-frequency heat treatment, bore bit welding, bonding and hot forging. Main electrical components are all made up of transistor manifold from well-known manufacturers and German original high-power high-speed switching tube IGBT. The electric induction heating equipment making metal materials in the alternating magnetic field rapidly induce a large eddy internally so as to heat metal materials until melting by adopting the principle of galvanomagnetic effect can also penetrate non-metallic materials and enable the rapid heating of metal materials partially or entirely.
        Zilin products are sold well in China and exported to Taiwan, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Japan and other countries, and they are well received by the users due to their wide scope of application, high reliability and perfect after-sales service system.

	晶體管中高頻加熱設備的主要應用范圍：


	1、熱處理：各種金屬的局部或整體淬火、退火、回火、透熱；
2、熱鍛熱成型：各種金屬棒料整料鍛打、局部鍛打、熱鐓、熱軋。
3、焊接：各種金屬制品釬焊、各種硬質(zhì)合金刀具、鋸片鋸齒的焊接、鋼管、銅管焊接、同種異種金屬焊接；
4、金屬熔煉：金、銀、銅、鐵、鋁等金屬的(真空)熔煉、粉末治金燒結和金屬熔煉。
5、其它應用：（電機轉子）熱配合、瓶口熱封、牙膏皮熱封、粉末涂裝、金屬植入塑料等其它需對金屬加熱的場(chǎng)合。
