德國KAYSEN凱森進(jìn)口變量柱塞泵概述
變量柱塞泵的壓力油經(jīng)泵體、泵殼變量殼體中的通油孔通過(guò)單向閥進(jìn)入變量殼體的下腔，當拉桿向下運動(dòng)時(shí)，推動(dòng)伺服活塞向下移動(dòng)，伺服閥的上閥口打開(kāi)，變量殼體下腔的壓力油經(jīng)變量活塞中的通油孔進(jìn)入變量殼體上腔，由于上腔面積大于下腔，液壓力推動(dòng)活塞向下運動(dòng)，帶動(dòng)銷(xiāo)軸使變量頭繞鋼球中心旋轉，改變變量頭的傾斜角（增大），柱塞泵的流量隨之增大。反之拉桿向上運動(dòng)，變量頭的傾斜角向相反方向變化，泵的流量也隨之變化。當傾斜角度變至零以后，則變量頭向負偏角方向變化，液流產(chǎn)生換向，泵的進(jìn)出油口變換。

變量柱塞泵有軸向變量柱塞泵和徑向變量柱塞泵兩種。
現以軸向變量柱塞泵為例來(lái)說(shuō)明其工作原理：
當電動(dòng)機帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)軸旋轉時(shí)，泵缸與柱塞一同旋轉，柱塞頭與斜盤(pán)保持接觸，斜盤(pán)與缸體成一角度，斜盤(pán)不轉。當缸體旋轉時(shí)，由于斜盤(pán)的斜面作用，柱塞就會(huì )在泵缸中做往復運動(dòng)。當柱塞轉到斜盤(pán)低點(diǎn)，柱塞缸容積逐漸增大，因此液體經(jīng)配油盤(pán)的吸油口吸人油缸；而當柱塞轉到斜盤(pán)高點(diǎn)，柱塞缸容積逐漸減小，油缸內液體經(jīng)配油盤(pán)的出口排出液體。只要傳動(dòng)軸不斷旋轉，液體就會(huì )不斷地被吸入和排出。
改變斜盤(pán)的角度，就可以改變柱塞在泵缸內的行程長(cháng)度，即可改變泵的流量。傾斜角度固定的稱(chēng)為定量泵，傾斜角度可以改變的便稱(chēng)為變量泵。
